Walgreen Hires PWD

I found this news video how Walgreen is hiring people with disabilities (PWD) to work at one of their largest distribution center in America. Aside from having a diverse workforce, this center is 20% more efficient –due to the ergonomic/accessible workspace and friendly managerial environment– compared to other distribution centers. Other major companies are starting to copy Walgreen design. This video exemplifies the positive of employing PWD and shows that the only barriers PWD face are non-PWD’s attitudes and misconception.
