UBS go for Gold with the Employers’ Forum on Disability
08/12/2006Global financial services firm UBS have become the latest organisation to join the Employers’ Forum on Disability as Gold Card members.

UBS join 44 elite organisations demonstrating their commitment to getting it right on disability, by becoming core funders of the employers’ organisation.

The Employers’ Forum on Disability now has over 400 members, from the private and public sector.

“UBS is delighted to have become a Gold Card member of the EFD”, commented Richard Thwaite, UBS Diversity Advisor for Disability in the UK.

“We look forward to working closely with the forum to achieve our disability strategy and further create an inclusive environment, where we can attract and retain employees and clients with disabilities.”

Susan Scott-Parker, chief executive of the Employers’ Forum on Disability said: “We are pleased to welcome UBS as Gold Card members of the Employers’ Forum on Disability.

“UBS have shown, by joining the Forum’s Gold Card group that they take disability equality seriously at the highest level.

“Our Gold Card members are vital in retaining our reputation as an organisation that inspires and challenges, and we are looking forward to having a sustained and productive relationship with UBS for many years to come.”
